We want you to love your Morphe products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original condition. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all brushes, palettes, and accessories are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
